Extra persons: C$ 25 (maximum one extra person in cottage 1 or apartment)
Children aged 5 or more count as an extra person.
Taxes: 6% GST and 4% Tourism Levy are additional
Term stay discounts: 15% reduction on a four to six night stay; 20% on seven nights plus

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Diners, Travellers Cheques and Cash.
To guarantee your reservation, a non-refundable reservation fee of C$ 25 per unit is charged with your deposit (minimum C$50). For high season / holiday weekends or longer stays, a full one night deposit or 20% is required. Cancellations/Amendments are requested as early as possible but no later than 14 days in advance (5 days in low season / longer for groups and extended stays). On shorter notice, we charge the full rate for one night or 20% (whichever is higher) if room(s) cannot be resold.

Check-in 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm; Check-out 10:30 am unless otherwise arranged.

There is a charge of C$ 50 for significant extra cleaning, if required.

A C$ 10 charge per pet / per stay is applied. No. of pets is restricted to two per unit (please bring a crate / pen or clean blanket for your pet).

Please note that only persons registered and paid for are allowed on the premises. No visitors, unless approved by management. Damage deposits may be required.

Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed in writing. Conditions for group bookings vary and are worked out on a case to case basis.

Irrespective of the reason for any cancellations / amendments / shortening of reservations, please note that we can only refund a deposit if notice is given within the time frame required or if a unit can be resold at short notice for the entire period of your reservation.  We recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself against any last minute cancellations.
